The present conditions are concluded between the company Bajoia and the persons wishing to make a purchase via the website www.bajoia-bijoux.com, hereinafter called “the customer”.
Bajoia undertakes to respect all the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to distance selling.
ARTICLE 1 – ORDER
The fact, for a customer, to fill the order form and to confirm the latter implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which he then accepts without any reservation. PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE

ARTICLE 2 – THE PRODUCT
NON COMPLIANCE OF THE GOOD DELIVERED
In the event of nonconformity of the goods delivered compared to the one chosen during the order and with presentation of the e-mail of the latter, the customer has the possibility to contact Bajoia within a period of 7 days (from the reception the package) to inform him by email of the situation.
The prices of the items are indicated in euros all taxes included excluding shipping costs. Bajoia reserves the right to change prices at any time but the items will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of registration of your order.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

The guarantee concerns defects in workmanship or material defects. All Bajoia jewelery is guaranteed for 6 months.

Bajoia then undertakes to proceed with the repair or exchange of the said product, subject to the availability of stocks at the time of the exchange request.
Count on average 10 days for after-sales service.
ARTICLE 5 – RETRACTION RIGHTS
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, to return the product in its original packaging, to its customers. own costs, under conditions of return identical to those of the initial shipment. The customer agrees to contact Bajoia by e-mail or phone, before any shipment, to obtain the return address.
All products must be returned to Bajoia in new condition and suitable for resale. Any damaged, incomplete or damaged or missing packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. All the elements of the Bajoia site are protected by the copyright. The models are registered with the INPI. They are the exclusive property of Bajoia. The Customer acknowledges that the Bajoia jewels and the distinctive signs (image, photographs, packaging, product names, etc.) are the exclusive property of Bajoia.The Customer is prohibited from any act of reproduction or use of the product models, packaging, brands or distinctive signs, inventions, techniques or know-how used by Bajoia, as well as any act tending to the appropriation of these elements, whether or not they are the object of protection by Bajoia by patent, trademark, design and registered model or copyright.
ARTICLE 8 – LITIGATION
In case of failure, between Bajoia and the customer, to resolve their dispute amicably (interpretation or application of these conditions of sale), the courts of Nanterre (France) will be competent.
